Shelley brings her creativity, enthusiasm, and expertise to ensure that each family's special day is the celebration of their dreams.  Prior to launching Platinum Event Management in 2004, Shelley was President of Kotimsky & Tuchman, catering premier distinctive parties in Long Island’s Prestigious South Shore. She has also held positions as Director of Catering for Crowne Plaza and as General Manager of The Swan Club in addition to directing events in the New York Tri-State Area, Massachusetts and Florida.
